Our new floor was installed today - never thought it to be a luxury to walk around barefoot!
My brother is having a hard time being my Mom's caregiver. He's trying so hard - I'm very proud of him!
Had the serotonin available to work out this morning again. It felt nice.
Today was the first day in weeks that my depression has not absolutely kicked my ass!!! It's kinda nice!

I've been in a terrible, depressive funk all weekend.
Checked FB, one friend died and another has breast cancer. It's not a good day for friends
