Taking it easy today. Finished a book and exercised on the Wii for 45 min. After lunch I went for a 30 min. swim.

I've been working out like crazy today! I did 2 workouts on Wii active @ 30 min each, one on Wii fit for 30 min.and went swimming for 30 min
