What a lovely day! A beautiful royal wedding to start the day...elderflower and lemon cake sounded yummy! Two high school graduation parties this evening...a lemon cupcake did the trick!

It has been a very cold Easter here in south central Kansas. But it was a nice afternoon...inside! Happy first week of a new month coming up!

Still shivering' every few days as our temps continue to bounce up and down. Super windy and cold on Tuesday, cool yesterday and today, and tomorrow is supposed to bring a high of 72! Wow!
