小時候,我害怕由光明的地方步入黑暗的地方,但也怕由黑暗的地方步入光明的地方。

但,我卻很喜歡在黑暗中。

夜間,人造的光劃定了地域,將人類囚在其中。若能待在黑暗中,也許會比較安心吧。在黑暗的屋中,待在燈光之下,將會不安,彷彿世界只剩下燈光照及的範圍。

所以我將燈火關掉,只開著檯上的那盞小燈坐著。那片光,是「我」以外的範圍。那麼,我眼前一小片光照的地方,是我所能掌握的一個世界;而背後的一片黑暗,則連出窗外,與外面的夜晚成為一個世界,讓自己藏在其中。
