Sorry it's been a while, been taking care of my rl mom. Her body has had enough for now and they had to stop the radiation for a week to let it heal a bit almost 10 weeks smoke free

tomorrow is 3 weeks smoke free and now I have will power to be around smokers and not cave, oh yeah I got this!

I completely believe in the hypnotist now. I mean its not been completely easy. I still have the occasional strong urge but then I remember him telling me to image sticking my face in a smelly old ash tray.
