I've never been to New York. But remember 9/11. I was in the office, watching the news, the panic, the feeling of this being unreal. Realising there were coworkers in there, ppl I never met but who worked for the same global company. I cried watching it live & I cry every 9/11

11 months working for the covid vaccination line now. I've had all kinds of ppl on the phone this year and now we've reached the last one, the antivaxxers and covid-deniers who feel pressed by society and government to take the vaccin. They call, under protest. Rude, unreasonable, emotional etc. I had many of those today.
