Long hours means it's a struggle to do anything outside of my RL business these days and that includes logging into SL. Tier was so late this week so everything in Nouveaux sim got returned today.

Currently working on refunding all the tenants and trying to assist them in relocation. One of our tenant is ready for her own standalone homestead so if anyone has a good deal on one, please send them my way!

i question myself sometimes. especially when i'm stuck doing payroll and admin things...cos it's hard to hire nowadays (WHY???). But then I see the fruit of my no-life labour and excited staff...it makes up for it. For 5 mins. Then I go back to the grunt.

ZeeZuleicca: Aww proud of you! Hopefully, once things settle down you can get help to delegate out tasks. 
I delegate constantly (ok maybe not enough). It's just that I have to have the final say and I have to sign and give them the get to...which isn't bad but also not so ideal. But the business is at early stage and I need full control of it for now.
