..."run over by a truck," as my mom used to call post-migraine days. Yesterday was grueling: light sensitivity, nausea, fumblingness, with a 3-hour Zoom meeting plus 2 hours of digital art on a deadline. 😵 Today I woke up & the migraine was just gone. So weird how it does that, but so glorious! Recovery's still miserable, but it's a happy misery! 😵💫
Migraines are yet another thing where doctors don't really know what they are doing. Some research but very little in the way of treatments. At least you do have some gaps. So I guess you have to pack a lot of useful work into them.
Oh, something new since you've been on Plurk. You can add emojis that you like. For example, hover over the hug above. See the +? Click it and you can add it to your account.
if perhaps there should be a run over by a truck (repeatedly) one. I think it's Snailrind who has a critter lying face down and flailing while being prodded.
sef_lopod: I call it "time of useful consciousness"! 😅 If I can work through it, I call it a Functional Migraine. I feel very grateful - I remember how my mom had to go to bed in a completely dark room with her migraines
