Not as far as I know, this just happens now and then. Probably a comination of burnout and people who were mostly staying for specific CR

Yeah it happens now and then. March has been a blah month overall RP wise, but next month ought to be more chill.

Yeah. I don't think it is as big a concern as some people are afraid of. I've seen waves like this in lots of games.

Yeah. I'm honestly not too worried at this point. And I know a number of people still planing to come back that dropped a ways back
