[anime/isekai] someone asked in the work slack about recommendations and is getting flooded with Mushoku Tensei recs despite asking specifically for something quote "wholesome and family friendly"
Also apparently one of my coworkers worked on the manga, which is simultaneously like...cool that they worked on a manga but why did it have to be a creepy one
like look, even if you like the series I don't know that you'd be able to describe it as "wholesome and family friendly" by even the stretchiest logic
Wholesomeness is subjective, I guess, but this is not the direction I would have gone.
