Badgernet is a DWRP game about characters getting access to an intrusive social network that just won't leave.

Your characters will still be in their home worlds, but traveling to other worlds will be allowed if you have the means and will gradually become more available as the technology spreads.

Your characters' canons will continue as normal but can be derailed in many ways if you so wish. Get your character rescued from their world, or help beat up your canon's villain, import world-changing inventions, the sky's the limit.

It's a game that can be sometimes cracky and sometimes serious.

Network events, called hiccups, can be all kinds of temporary eccentric reality malfunctions like your characters' lives turning into musicals, everyone thinking they're actors, your canons becoming a version that is IN SPACE.

To clarify, those events are opt-in! Have your character be affected, or have them laugh at those affected.
