recovery from ptsd feels like 1 step forward and 1000 steps back and its easy to slip into self hate. just need to remind myself no one gets over this overnight
also have to remember how many comorbid mental illnesses i have that can interfere =_= i Just got out of homelessness a week ago, its going to take a while to recover
