It's just that free accounts cannot link to other sites that have the purpose to sell something like blogposts, marketplace, blogs of stores, links to stores in world etc

they can still mention the name of the store and the items .. but not link to anything

and while that has been the case for a while, the new flickr team is hunting down accounts who that a whole lot more now
