I'm sorry youre having to deal with intolerable people like this but they only make up a fraction of your customers and I know so many people appreciate the work and detail you put in your items

I dont think you were being unreasonable by explaining your limitations and thats more honest than most people can be. Youre putting out your art for others to enjoy and thats amazing. You can't expect yourself to be perfect all the time. I feel like people get angry because they don't want to blame themselves for their own mistake so they take it out on you

When someone trashes my work on social media regardless of having heard my explanation and been given suggestions it is "quiet critique" but when I post a notice about encouraging to demo i apparently cant take "calm critique" and im rallying up my customers to bully and make fun of those that offered "calm critique"

but that up there is not making fun and bullying me

hypocrisy at its finest and when you try to talk to them they can't even tell to your face what their issues is with you. No they do it on social media and make all sorts of false claims of being harassed by me when I was simply trying to confront the issue. Says alot about you if you can't even directly face a problem.

I am a random customer but I wanted to say that despite the few people who are angry being very loud, there are lots more quite happy people who did the demo the coat and love it. I love how it looks on my partner, you make great stuff and I hope you don't have to deal with stuff like this again.
