The worst part about getting a taste of new Homestuck content is I find myself wanting to check the site for more, as though there will be more anytime soon. Or that twitter won’t tell me if there is.
Maybe you remember this bit, but it progressed pretty okay at the beginning. They had a studio, they were making models and such, then it went silent for months.
Whatever, it’s Homestuck, it’ll happen. But months kept going, and finally they updated: the studio took the money and then got Kong’s Quest and quit working on it.
But since the release of part one there’s been nothing said about more. I was kind of hoping to get at least a yay or nay about whether or not to look for more Hiveswap in the future, but I guess not.
At one point someone who no longer worked for them said they hadn’t given up on it, but that was at least a year ago and they no longer worked there, so who even knows.
I enjoyed what they laid down! As a kickstarter backer I’m pretty sure at one point they said I’d get all the parts, but at this point I might pay a little for the rest of it, because it was charmingS
