It-s been a long time. Hi all. I-ve missed you.
Mom's funeral is tomorrow. She is at resr. The last 4 months have been hard on her. I spent 3-day weekends caring for her, and my sis covered overnight on weekdays.

We had great nurses caring for her during the day shifts - so she was able to die at home surrounded by friends and family and treasured belongings. it was sad. but something I wouldn't have missed for anything.
Oh, I'm so sorry for your loss. I understand completely the sad but important time together.
I'm sure you take after her; you seem gracious and brave too.

I'm so sorry, but glad you could be there and she could be in familiar surroundings.
