I don't know what hoop I missed or mangled, but I've just finished fielding the call checking on whether or not I was no longer being covered by my insurance group/TX Medicaid. No, I sure didn't, cause my renewal went in on the 30th with no problems.

The website is unhelpful - just DENIED, no explanation. I'm gonna wait for the email I'm supposed to get.

Take this, and put it in the background for your next bout of phone tag. Cats (@HourlyCats) | Twitter

I don't even know if there's phone tag TO play, or where to start. The robot lady phone said my options were getting something mailed or emailed, so I chose the latter. I've BEEN checking the mail, I renewed through the website - and the last thing I got in the mail looked like everything was smooth sailing.

I'm honestly more perplexed and gently annoyed than worried, especially since I just picked up ALLLLL of this month's prescriptions, and have been hoarding asthma meds by refilling even if I haven't used up the last script.

It's the third time this has happened in six years of living here. The biggest portion of my response is, "REALLY? A/gain/? I thought we were past this, guys, honestly. Come on now."

Hopefully it's just a glitch, and one that can be smoothed over once they cough up the details.
