I need suggestions on how to cook/prepare eggs, because I am boring as Hell when it comes to food.

like sunny-side-up, poached, over easy, over hard, scrambled, slow-scrambled, a la française? Or frittata, breakfast pudding, shouksouka, egg bake casserole, Benedict? Do you want recipes or ideas of recipes to look for?

I mean, I have always liked tossing some meat (sausage, bacon) in the bottom of a casserole, throwing in some veggies, onion, salt, pepper, some cheese, maybe some shredded potatos (like for hashbrowns) and then cracking enough eggs in it to hold it all together and baking until done.

Or put a can of diced tomatoes wiht green chiles in a fry pan and poach your eggs in the tomatos.

poaching, frying, boiling, and scrambling. But eggs can included in with noodles or made into an omelette. Pad Thai is the noodle dish with eggs in it.

My lazy eggs are mixed with salsa and spinach, topped with some avocado. Salt and pepper for taste if needed.

CajsaLilliehook: Recipes or add-ins. I tend not to eat a lot of meat when I am trying to cut back, but I find they're good for spreading out flavours and getting some leaner protein with the whites. This sounds really good, I'll have to try that!

RealThyme: Duh, salsa. I knew I was forgetting an obvious option. Good call.

VioletDaffordil: Hahah, I am not the best at cooking, but I really need to learn to do so better.

It's just so easy because it adds flavor and the vegetables are already chopped lol
