If anybody is interested, I think I have just enough time to get a batch done early enough that packages would arrive on time.

I would probably do chocolate cherry cheesecake and double chocolate.

I might do chocolate peanut butter and turtles if I did a second batch (two flavours per batch is kind of ideal) but it's just 'might' on account of having full hours at the Real Job these days
