What kinds of things do SL store assistants or managers usually do?

keep track if your bloggers are blogging, take up the customer service questions submitted through the bot, deal with customers pixelface-to-pixelface. (LOL) some of them i know keep an eye on event apps.

keep track of when event ends so you put the stuff in mainstore and mp. DO THE MARKETING NCs

You don't need a bot. A bot is useful if the store is busy and there are multiple assistants covering timezones :-D I mentioned bot cos I know aya has a a cute shibe-bot haha.

Everything you’re too busy to do really. Some stores split up the tasks where there’s a blogger manager and a CSR which leaves the creator to focus on creating and their deadlines. Some have store managers who they trust for EVERYTHING including full perm items should a redelivery is needed.
