I will be going to one of the Halloween parties this year and I want to have a costume for it! I am thinking Rapunzel from Tangled. I just dunno where to get something that is not junk quality, but I don't want to spend more than like $120 either!

My biggest problem is I am 5'9", and a plus size 16. I already have shoulder length brown hair so I could do something with that in mind
