I don't have a specific recipe but I would substitute butter for either coconut oil, vegetable oil or a dairy free margarine. And sub milk for either almond or cashew milk or coconut milk.

I've made my carrot cake recipe for example with vegetable oil instead of butter. I've also made it with applesauce as a replacement as well
