The closest Catholic school just called. They've rejected our kids' application because of Ben and Sam's autism. I'm ticked and praying.

Our diocese also shuttles special needs kids to a special segregated school; and they wonder why I don't contribute!

similar issues in the Diocese of Bridgeport. But at least they realize the children are better served in a system with more resources.

but I see this as a good thing for the children. In CT public schools there is a lot of 'good' 'moral' behavior

my oldest has autism too, we are in a similar boat, our local Catholic middle schools can't/won't provide the services he needs

We had a similar issue, we went the home school route we know you've been there. be assured of our prayers
