If you're an old player, you can grandfather in 1 character (there should be info on your journal about that character somewhere by first AC so people know who they are)

For the TDM safe to assume Thea's coming in at least semi healed post stabbing but still covered in blood (enough to make people panic at least)?
Technically, the Librarian would have healed her completely. But if you need it for plot reasoning, it will no longer be deadly
As basically death will just make you sort of go through the Phoenix process of reviving by the next morning
