My dad apparently has Hilton points that need to be used by Febuary.

Meaning, in some way, I think we can get at least one night free at the Embassy suites right by the convention center.

The problem is, I'm not 100% sure how that can be finagled or if it can be used for others who have ALREADY booked their rooms.

Like, we're going over the details some more tonight/tomorrow to see what can be done with them, but it's a bit of info that we were JUST informed of that could have really been useful earlier. >.>

I don't know. I don't know how these things work. The general idea I always thought you use them AT the time of booking the room.

So unless I got a room from them now (which might not be possible if they're filled up), there's no way to use the points to help others.

While if there's some way they are used in the process of pay the bill on the day of checkout, then maybe they can be used?

Like I said, I don't know.

I also don't know if that means I should just see if I can share a room with those who already have one, or look into getting a room and seeing if anybody wants to join me and help pay for the other nights.

I'd call the hotel and ask
