When they were adjusting the max number of offlines for premium users a while back they turned it off for all rpimium users 'by accident', they may have pulled that trick again.

My non-premium test account is still set to receive to offline, so either it's some random bug that just got me, or its premium related.

Nope, I clear spam and that promo folder regularly. They just go into the abyss. Funny enough I get e-mails when I owe LL money just fine.
