A great summer, but please please please don't end it with this new bar graph symbol on the top left of our screens. This new change is removing so much functionality.

Agreed, a link back to the regular homepage, which'd default to our own timelines, is useful. Bar graph for top plurks? Not as much.

Actually, even in the west, autumn started beginning of august - the idea of starting seasons on the logical mid-points and based on temps is a rather silly and new thing.

I was kind of messing around in my first post but actually I know there is quite some interesting difference in how people define when seasons comes.

We have Spring festival (Lunar new year) over here but Westeners might argue spring comes in March. Imo it's Chinese tend to prepare for season earlier and the difference in weather in different region.
