Check out this Second Life Marketplace Item! this is what I use. Its easy to set up but not sure that this is what you are looking for.

ah yes, i saw this and it's a bit expensive for what i will use it for (basically a doll stand with say 5 single poses, i'm not a regular furniture maker either) but thank you both!

jacquesvalentine: i am not sure if there is something like a simple pose script.... I know that some pose stands must use this - maybe you can find a full perm one and check the script.

but yeah - for furniture the av sitter is definitely the best choice - also in Terms of customer because of different heights of Avatars etc.

i see! hmm i will look around a bit, basically i just want a script that gives you one of those blue menues to change between the poses when you sit or click the object. thanks for the input tho!

just updating to say i got the simplesit from caspertech in the end, less pricey and perfect for what i need!
