How do you call the thing next to the croissants? Because we call it Hefezopf and until now i thought this is a typical southern germany speciality

oh!if your looking at the braided one that is a Brioche braid. i thought you meant the one DIRECTLY next to the criossants

brioche is a yeast pastry also so basically it is a Hefezop!

yush i meant the braided one - it is a speciality in southern Germany (and they are quite proud of) - and there are a Billion way to make "the right and one and only" Hefezopf" (LOL)
