It's possible than a good half of them have not unpacked yet...otherwise that really sucks. People are usually more honest than that.

ugh i've had similar things happen.... full perm items in the demo that wasn't actually a demo...and event open 3 days already....

A similar thing happened to me! I set my fatpack to 0L and nobody told me until 2 days into the event
