and I always remember Arthur Dent's comment on where the Planning Commission was displaying the plans for leveling the Dent house:
'It was on display at the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused

I am in fact in the basement of the building where this photo is taken, and it's ill-lit, swelteringly overheated (yay 1913ish boiler), and full of random crap (wheelchairs, Do Not enter signs, &c).
