How about take a flu shot in early Oct every year?

..haven't thought about it...I have not had a cold since 2012 and have not been so sick since 2006...in 2006 I got a nasty cold and laid in bed for 3 days...

I had a similar situation few years ago, only could sleep on couch for almost 2 weeks cos coughing while lay flat, since then pay for a flu shot every year

Take a good rest and try to eat more healthy, drink more water, good luck
