Ooh, that looks yummy! I usually do cabbage in some meatball soup or with corned beef but wine and spices sounds fantastic!
Its fun to try variations on a dish you do a lot. And I think I've tried that one - if so, it was tasty.
It sounds yummy. And extra wine to drink while you make it.
not a fan of wine, other than cooking with it, I am a hard liquor sort of girl, haha
