I'm not sure? I suppose it probably means a hardcore workout?
I'd imagine that if you fall over it's probably bad /not helpful in the slightest
but idk it depends on a lot of stuff I think. If you feel shaky WHILE you're doing it, definitely stop though
Well because it's an elliptical I don't know if I'd notice if I was shaky unless it was bad, since it does keep you going just with momentum to an extent :|a
I'm doing more on the elliptical than I did on the treadmill when I was doing that, so that might be all it is
That's fairly normal. A lot of trainers say that you should basically feel like you can't possibly do anymore when you get off.
Elliptical is better for you in general, I think
(Coincidentally, I listen to music when I run on the elliptical and I always think of you when FOTC songs come up)
And especially if you just recently started. My legs were shaking after the first few times for sure.
If it starts to get easy and you find yourself going fast and not feeling it as much, that's when you up the resistance.
Wizera: awww, i always think of you guys when i hear them now ;o;
but yeah, I've pretty much just started, yeah, so I guess I'm just getting used to it. I don't know that I can fit in a scheduled time with a trainer who'd know for sure whether I'm overdoing it,
so i'm glad you guys can give me some anecdotal evidence that it is not a sign i am dying 3
I just read articles written by trainers.
I don't have the money for one on one time
if you're feeling muscle fatigue, try adding more protein to your diet, also. that was a big thing for me. but yeah I just try to read a lot of stuff on different sites.
Yeah i'm pretty bad about getting enough protein
It'd be worth it to work on that either way haha
I really like the Luna Bars and the Luna Protein Bars for getting a little extra protein in my snacks.
Ooh, I'll have to check those out!
