I never start these things, but she was ripping on someone who was CLEARLY an ESL speaker, and I just thought it was a bit rich coming from someone who doesn't know how their own language works...
besides the its thing, she Random Caps everywhere and uses 'myself' because she thinks it's the posh customer service version of 'me'. Nope.
