I suspect I won't try again. I'm certain I could improve the end result, but I don't think I'll enjoy the final thing enough to be bothered. So many delicious things to make, so little time...

but but.. they look perfect! I've made Scotch eggs myself and they wer delicious but didn't look as good as this.

I just had one for lunch. With a big dollop of brown sauce, it wasn't too bad. I just don't think I love them enough to want to make them again.
