Jamie's awesome. I've met him a few times and he's a charming and really down to earth guy, but actions speak louder than words and the guy really is a good person.

He remortgaged his home to fund his restaurant 'Fifteen', which every year hires 15 people who don't have qualifications or are long term unemployed or having troubles, and he trains them up as chefs.

After a year working there, those 15 chefs can go on and work or run pretty much any kitchen in London, or further afield.

Plus he championed the cause for cleaning up kids food and stopping governments from feeding the next generation crap and un-nutritious food which is causing them health issues. That can only be a good thing.
