I really agree!! Ever since I began walking my mood has improved in a consistent 'overall' way. The entire zero line is higher than before when I was only bussing and training it!! It's true.

I'm definitely happier, healthier, more productive etc. since I stopped driving to work. Cannot truly claim causality for all those though.
