You can thank the record heat!!! my core was so hot i didnt feel the cold AC for 30 mins, sure it was 73 inside but didnt like feel cold at all. I think thats due in part of dehydration and heat exhaustion

Dehydration is tricky even here in Humidity-land. At least in California you can see yourself start to shrivel into a raisin.
