Ladies on a fitness journey... How do you incorporate exercise into daily schedule. I do bootcamp (3x's a week)and kickboxing classes (3 x's a week) but I'm not losing weight and still feel weak.
Perhaps you could see/talk with a nutritionalist too because it may not be an exercise issue. Could be how your body breaks down (or doesn't) certain things that causes the weight issue.
I second the dietitian/nutritionist suggestion. Talking to one was one of the best things I've ever done! She clued me in to the glycemic index which tells you which foods help keep your blood sugar stable.
