And yeah for Utah that is pretty much true.  Sinclair is the only big oil company that is privately held and owned by Earl Holding who also owns Orrin Hatch in addition to little America hotels....

AllSup's is a chain of really crappy gas stations, hahaha. (but apparently their fried burritos are quite good)
