I use their bill pay cuz my landlord is two cities over and its not feasible for me to drive there to deliver checks.

But apparently they're incompetent because my payments have been three or more days late.

So my landlord has been charging me late fees. Even though I have sent my payments so they'd arrive EARLY, the bank still manages to botch.

So I call them because they guarantee that the payments will arrive on time.

...except when its convenient to blame the post.

And then I call my landlord to explain the fees and apparently the bank has been harassing them demanding THEY waive the fees, not the bank.

So my landlord, bless her soul, looks at the copy of the bank statements showing my pay dates for all our rent checks and waives the fees.

But not before suggesting I switch banks cuz my bill pay dept are a bunch dickmongers.

Even the counter clerk at the bank branch agrees.

I'm gonna drive out there and give them a voided check and just have them take care if it.

So in short my landlord is a saint and my bank bill dept are satanists.
