only 1 out of 2 luggages was found and she was paid for the lost luggage.

today they told me that the suitcase was checked by the sistem in Frankfurt but they don;t know what went wrong afterwards
Maybe some other passenger took your luggage.. esp if yours is the common colour
Like black or red
Ask them if there is any unclaimed luggage from the flight
