A coworker of mine just lost her brother because his motorcycle hit a curb.

And I read another story recently about a kid who didn't realize someone was stopping to turn and he tried to swerve but still hit them and the guy's truck was forced out in front of a semi.

I'm really not trying to be overprotective or paranoid, but when my parents are home later than they said they would be or a friend doesn't check in when they said they would, I get nervous.

But still, I don't normally freak out that much but lately I've been anxious.

Randomly I'm terrified of the future and of change, even slight change.

I guess that's where my depression feeds from. Fear.

I'm sick of feeling afraid.
