Was it one of those funky Minnesota stop signs with the blinking lights on the perimeter of the sign? Constantly red!!

I know! I mean, it takes like 40 years for one of those to change color, and they hardly ever turn green at all.

I've been seeing a lot of those blinking light outlined stop signs up north in rural Minnesota.

perhaps because there are so few street lights. there's nothing for the signage to reflect.
