That takes quite a bit of money to start with. The issue is that you have to have some fairly fat sums of money stashed away before you can.

Many lawyers would take a case like this on a contingency basis as it is very cut and dried. It would make a name for the law firm.

as an amount they were trying to get someone to pay up in order to avoid the hassle of court. I doubt either side wants to end up there.
