I'm guessing you've cleared cache. If you're on a PC, do you defragment your computer? BTW... clear cache THEN defragment.

Defrag AFTER you clear cache. Doing so before will defeat the purpose.

Take off all your tattoo layer and try again

oh i do have makeup tattoo layers on, take them off and clear cache again?

normally i just have to take them off and rebake .. problem fixed

oh and maybe your alpha layers aswell .. just in case the tattoo layer is not working

I've also have a completely "Naked" outfit. No attached or scripted anything. I put on the outfit, log out, clear cache, defrag and relog.

This approach has except for one occasion straightened things out... On that one occasion I had to reinstall.
