Yeah with multi layers they need to just make the bases to match or not at all.

I'd prefer a bald base and blonde/red/dark hairbases on tattoo layer. Perfect!

I just prefer bald base then I can change what colour hair I want, when I want, without restraint.

Yes, either offer three versions: black, blonde, red, or none at all. I think these days it's almost easiest to make no-hair no-brows-

-skins since so many eyebrows are tattoo layers, too. Or at least include that in the skin pack for more varied optional colourings.

Yes I have that problem all the time too though have tons of hairbases which I use to cover up the dark base
