They had me 'shadow' a call center person for 2 hours of that time...I guess to make sure it was the job I was expecting?

If hired, they pay for training and licensing to sell insurance in 16 states...so I guess they don't want someone not commited

Had to take a typing test...they seemed impressed with my 101 wpm
