so all OM has to to is cut the fat off the beef, or use a less fatty cut.

going on a diet got me reading ingredients labels more closely, and discovering not all lite foods are made of toxic waste.

on the other hand, a lot just reduce calories by removing fat and adding sugar, or removing sugar and adding toxic waste.
